RTLM Self-Booking Hotel Desk is a resource for friends of RTLM who wish to make quick hotel room reservations on your own and do not require any recommendations, touring, transfers or concierge services.

Booking hotels via the Resort to Laura Madrid Hotel Desk typically earns special amenities, including room upgrades, daily breakfast, welcome treats, and hotel credits (usually $100) at applicable properties. Additionally, each hotel reservation receives RTLM’s personal touches as we ensure our hotel partner is ready to welcome you.
HOW DO I BOOK?
Clients may book online via Resort to Laura Madrid’s Virtuoso Booking Portal, or by emailing info@resorttolauramadrid.com. Note: Four Seasons Hotels are not available online, and can only be booked by email.

CAN I BOOK A FOUR SEASONS HOTEL
Four Seasons properties are not available online, however you’ll definitely want to book via Resort to Laura Madrid as we are a Four Seasons Preferred Partner agency, which means the ultimate amenities for you. Side bar, Laura Madrid worked in Global Sales for Four Seasons hotels and Resorts for nearly 10 years and has stayed in over 70 Four Seasons properties so you might just say #WeAreFourSeasons. I AM TRAVELING WITHIN THE NEXT 24 HOURS, CAN I USE THE HOTEL DESK?
The booking tool does not allow for bookings made within 24 hours of travel. You cannot cancel or change a booking via the RTLM booking tool. Please contact us directly at info@resorttolauramadrid.com if you need to change or cancel your reservation.
