With 30 years of experience in the luxury travel industry and having traveled to 80+ countries, Laura learned long ago that success and happiness are defined by the company you keep. When not planning travel, family, tennis, and wine rate high on Laura’s priority list!

Senior Client Services Leader
Before joining the travel industry, Holly owned and managed a thriving cupcake business. Holly has been bringing her entrepreneurial spirit, precise attention to detail, and passion into everything she does at RTLM for 8+ years. A native of Georgia, Holly has traveled extensively from Iceland to Spain to Egypt, and even throughout the United States behind the wheel of her luxury RV with her husband and "pup-kids", Harley Quinn and Morgan.

Leyla’s passion for travel started at an early age. She has lived in 8 countries and is fluent in 4 languages. Her 25 year career in hospitality spans across Asia, Europe and the Americas - mainly at Four Seasons Hotels and Resorts, specializing in operations, client services, and revenue management. When not curating exceptional travel experiences, she loves quality time with her family, and making multi-cultural connections with people from all corners of the globe.

With early global exposure including living and studying in London, an International Baccalaureate from the Atlanta International School, and travel to 5 continents and 35 countries, Gil’s most recent accomplishment is a Business Degree in Entrepreneurship from Georgia State University. As a passionate golfer, when he's not perfecting his swing, you'll find Gil exploring the culinary scene, cooking, & enjoying live music. Gil’s enthusiasm and diverse interests make him a vibrant addition to our team.

Client Services Coordinator
A proud alumnus of The University of Georgia with a degree in Marketing, Riley leaped into the wonderful world of travel, moving to Atlanta and joining the RTLM dream team in 2024. With a keen curiosity, an enthusiastic approach, and a meticulous eye for detail, Riley puts the “cherry on top” of our clients’ magical trips! When she is not cheering on the UGA football team, Riley can be found on the tennis court or diving into creative projects.

Chief Finance Officer
The “guy” down in accounting brings 22 years of global business leadership from his experience at Kimberly-Clark Corporation. When our finance guru and business manager, is not crunching numbers and managing the back office, he can be found on the golf course, rooting for his favorite Premier League team, Fulham & his beloved Alma Mater football team, the FSU Seminoles. He is often spotted escorting RTLM clients with Laura around the globe.
MYLÈNE MACKAY
Marketing & Social Media
Mylène and Laura have been long term colleagues having first worked together at Four Seasons Hotels and Resorts. With a career in sales, marketing, and operations in London, Hong Kong, Venezuela, Boston and Palo Alto, she brings a global perspective and hospitality savoir-faire to the team. Based in Edinburgh, it may come as no surprise that Mylène is a whisky enthusiast. She is also a wellness advocate and enjoys teaching yoga and Pilates during her free time.
